One or more domain names were not validated before the certificate expired, and ACM did not renew the certificate. You can request a new certificate. Issue in domain name validation. Check whether the provided domain is valid.
ACM hasn't started the managed renewal process for this certificate. ACM has not started the renewal request for the provided certificate. Retry the request after some time.
Unable to establish connection with CA
  1. The configured CA details may be incorrect.

  2. Proxy details may not be configured.

  3. AppViewX may not be able to reach CA.

  1. Check the CA details configured on the CA settings page.

  2. Check whether proxy details are configured in proxy settings.

  3. Check whether network access is available.

Insufficient privilege for the user to create a certificate. Request accepted but operation is refused due to insufficient privileges, disabled features, etc. Please refer to the user privileges in the Amazon server for creating certificates or Contact Support Team.
Invalid Create Certificate Payload Missing or invalid input parameters / JSON body in the request. Please validate the input parameters/payload provided or Contact the Support Team.
Too many create certificate requests Too many create certificate requests for Amazon. Please try to create a certificate request after some time or Contact the Support Team.
