Accessing Requests
You can manage the access requests promptly and efficiently controlling authorization and control over who has access to sensitive resources. This helps keep the infra access hosts secure.
You can manage all the access requests from users in the Access Inventory page and review them to approve or deny requests in a timely and efficient manner. In the inventory, you can view all the relevant information about the access requests in a single view.
To view the access inventory:

Click Menu (
) > SSH+.

Go to Access Request > Access Inventory.
The Access Inventory page is displayed.

At a glance, you can see all the user access requests along with the fields
described below. You can also sort and filter the requests.
Table 1. Field description for Access Inventory page Field Description Application Infra name Displays the name of the application infra access group the user is requesting access for. For example, Production Servers or Development Environment. Requestor Name Displays the name of the user who submitted the access request. This helps you to identify the requestor easily. Request Duration Displays the duration for which the user is requesting for access. Requested On Displays the date when the access request was sent for approval. Valid From Displays the start date from when the access request is valid once approved. Valid To Displays the end date from when the access request is valid once approved. Access Mode Displays the mode of access to the terminal.
You can click the Application Infra name hyperlink to approve or reject an access request. See Approving/Rejecting Access Requests.
