Rollback a Workflow

You can manually rollback a workflow request that has been completed (either successfully or failed).
  1. On the Request :: All page, right-click on the Request ID of the workflow that you want to rollback.
  2. From the options displayed, select Rollback.
  3. Click Yes in the Rollback pop-up window.
    Tip: You can also rollback a workflow, by selecting the workflow and clicking in the upper right corner of the screen.
    Rollback :: (Number) pop-up is displayed.
  4. Select the Rollback type as "Request" or "Workorder".
    1. If the Rollback type is set to Request, click Rollback.
    2. If the Rollback type is set to Workorder, choose the Work order ID from the table, and then click Rollback.
