Bulk Updating Certificate Attributes

Bulk Updating Attributes using a CSV File

  1. Go to Menu > KUBE+ > VISIBILITY > Client > All.
    The Client Certificate page is displayed.
  2. From the Actions menu, select Bulk Update Attributes Value.
    The Bulk Update Attributes Value dialog box is displayed.
    Note: Before you bulk update the certificate attribute values, review the attribute and expiry configuration mapping to prevent errors. Ensure that no updates are made to attributes involved in an expiry alert.
  3. From the options for Update Method, select File Upload.
  4. Click Download Template.
    A .csv file will be downloaded to your system. This file has the format in which you need to specify the attributes and their corresponding updated values (along with the certificate identification details).
  5. In the Upload File field, click Upload.
  6. Navigate to the location where the updated .csv file is saved on your system and upload the file.
  7. Click Save.

Bulk Updating Attributes for a Certificate Group

  1. Go to Menu > KUBE+ > VISIBILITY > Client > All.
    The Client Certificate page is displayed.
  2. From the Actions menu, select Bulk Update Attributes Value.
    The Bulk Update Attributes Value dialog box is displayed.
    Note: Before you bulk update the certificate attribute values, review the attribute and expiry configuration mapping to prevent errors. Ensure that no updates are made to attributes involved in an expiry alert.
  3. From the options for Update Method, select Based on Certificate Group.
  4. From the dropdown list, select the required Certificate Group.
  5. From the dropdown list, select one or more Cert Attributes that you want to update.
    Corresponding text/list fields are displayed depending on the Cert Attributes selected.
  6. Enter the required value for each attribute selected in the corresponding field.
  7. Click Save.

Downloading Failed Updates

From the Bulk Update Attributes Value dialog box, to view failed bulk updates to the certificate attributes, click Download Failed Updates.
A .csv file with a log of the failed updates is downloaded to your local system.
