Smart Search

Appviewx smart search helps you find and filter any certificate you want simply by asking in natural language. Smart Search filters certificates from inventory. The AI agent's search capability is defined by specific filters it is capable of supporting, such as finding certificates with a high crypto score, those expiring in a certain number of days (e.g., 10, 30, or 50 days), or filtering by specific scan types, common name, organization, or email. The system does not have the capability to search beyond these defined parameters. The system can also frames queries and combine conditions, such as certificates expiring in the next 30 days and issued by 'DigiCert.'
An example of Smart Search is shown below for the query Certificates expiring in the next 30 days and issued by DigiCert.

Quick Navigation

Quick Navigation helps users to nvigate to any corner of AppViewX’s interface with ease. It is currently supported only for the CERT+ module and aims to ease customer navigation by providing quick links to pages that would otherwise require understanding a complex structure of menus and sub-menus.
Tip: Type and select/navigate from the list to start exploring the Assist Smart Navigate
An example of Quick Navigation is shown below for the query Navigate to OnDemand Certificates.

History

The History tab is a useful tool that keeps a record of your previous conversations and searches within the platform. This allows you to reference past activity, promoting a more informed and efficient user experience. To effectively manage storage resources, search history is retained for 7 days.
