The Automation module is displayed with the
Request :: Overview
section open by default. There are three sections here:
- Service Requests: The
Service Requests section allows you to execute workflow(s). Workflows
can be executed manually or can be scheduled.
- Workflow
Studio: The Workflow Studio allows you to design
simple and complex workflow(s) from scratch and also use the out of the
box (OOB) workflows.
- Service Catalog: The Service Catalog allows you to
design and customize self-service catalogs by persona.
