Onboarding Certificates

Important: In compliance with recent updates from the CA/Browser Forum S/MIME Baseline Requirements, for DigiCert-issued S/MIME certificates, it is now mandatory to include the first name and last name, or a pseudonym in the subject information during certificate enrollment.
However, in the current implementation:
  • The discovery feature does not retrieve these values in the metadata.
  • The upload certificate feature is not compatible with this enhancement since it does not have with a direct mapping to the certificate type, unless the certificate is discovered via a Certificate Authority scan.
