Issues in Device communication

  1. Log in to AppViewX application with valid credentials.
  2. From the left pane, expand the menu and click Cert+.
    The Server Certificate page is displayed.
  3. From the left pane, expand Administration and click Device Management.
    The Device Management page is displayed.
  4. On the Device Management page, click Server Tab.
  5. Select the Windows Apache Device, click Status.
    The Device Communication Status is displayed.
