Issues in Device communication

Error Message Possible Cause Possible Solution
Push failed due to invalid certificate Push failed when pushing a certificate without key. Ensure the certificate matches with the key associated in the device on pushing without the key file.
Device is not in managed state Device is not available in “managed list”. Please check the device status in device inventory.
