Selecting the Landing Page

You can select the page that is displayed when you access the Service Requests console.
  1. On the Request :: Overview page, from the navigation pane on the left, click Preference.
    The Preference :: Service Request Landing page window is displayed.
  2. In the Preference :: Service Request Landing page window, from the Select a landing page dropdown field, select a page that would display as a landing page when you login to the application.
  3. Turn On the toggle to View/Run page in (Classic) mode.
  4. Under User groups, select the user groups for which the selected page will be set as the landing page.
  5. Click Apply.
